6. Third-Party Services

zombChat uses select third-party services to operate core features. These services may process limited data to provide specific functionality:

  • Google – used solely for user authentication. We do not share personal data with Google beyond what is necessary for sign-in.
  • Resend – used to send account-related emails such as verification or notifications. Email addresses are processed only for message delivery.
  • OpenAI, OpenRouter, and Google Gemini – used to process your character prompts and chat messages to generate AI responses. These services may temporarily process content under their own privacy terms. Users are advised not to include sensitive personal information in chats.
  • Toss Payments – used to securely process payments. When you make a purchase, your order details, payment amount, and basic user identifier may be shared with Toss Payments to complete the transaction.

No personal data is shared with third-party services beyond what is required to provide the zombChat experience.

7. Children's Privacy

zombChat is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a minor has submitted information, we will delete it promptly.
